Humidifier HM524 6L

I had a Vornado air circulator fan for years and loved it. It truly is a great product. The motor lasted forever but the physical hardware buttons eventually started to fail after like a decade. I gave it to a friend that is a better tinkerer than me. He fixed it and it's still running probably 15 years on that motor and I run my fan constantly literally. I purchased another one and still have that one that's now being used in another room. Then I found the Dreo air circulator that was similarly spect but had better wind flow and had way better feature like a remote control and an app to control the even more dialed in features & functions it is awesome. So when looking for a new air humidifier trail was kind of my first thought. I purchase the 6 gallon smart version and never looked back it's amazing in comparison to the previous one I received as a gift. I haven't gotten the filters yet but I'm looking forward to getting them considering that my last humidifier was filthy after like a week of running it. Do yourself a favor and do research on Dreo. I can't speak on the longevity in comparison to my Vornado product (the air circulator) because I've only had the Dreo fan for approx. a year or so. But it's running like brand new it's quieter which honestly for me I prefer a loud fan cuz I like white noise but most people prefer quiet so there's that. But I digress. This is about the humidifier and not the fan. And though I've only had it for about a month it's flawless it's amazing compared to my old one. We'll see how it fares long-term but as of right now five stars all the way. If something goes wrong I will amend my review.

I hate carrying drippy humidifier tanks back and forth from my kids' room so love that this can be filled from the top with a pitcher. It also looks really pretty when on and seems to do a good job of keeping the (small to medium) room at a nice humidity level. It's not loud, it doesn't get hot, and I like that the mist can be angled in a certain direction. The dial is a bit of a "please touch me!" sign for younger kids, but that's my only complaint. All in all a really nice humidifier imo.

I love the large tank with the adjustable vent! The ability to add essential oils for a fresh aroma or being able to use oils to help with sick littles is huge! My littles are loving the night light! I have not downloaded the app, but being able to hav the option to control humidifier from the other room is next level! Hopeful that it is built to last!
