During server upgrade, you might encounter disconnection of devices or other services problems. Our tech team is working hard to complete this upgrade as soon as possible. This upgrade process might take within 24 hours. Please wait patiently. 
If you have the above problems, you could try to unplug the power for 5 seconds or long press the wifi button on device for 5 seconds to re-pair device on Dreo APP. This problem might be solved.
