Milk frothing cup cannot start
1. Check if the power interface of the cup body is properly plugged in.2. Ensure the Impeller Tip/Disc Tip is properly installed in the jug.
The milk froth quality fails to meet standards
1. Always use cold milk (45-60°F/7°C-15°C) for optimal froth.2. Use only heat-treated (pasteurized), refrigerated, and freshly opened milk for hygiene.3. Milk that has been frozen will not froth.4. Ensure the jug and frothing tips are clean before use.5. Avoid using enriched, reconstituted powdered, or flavored milk.6. It is recommended to use barista-grade plant-based milk. If options are limited, prioritize those with purer, organic ingredients.
The milk has burned

During consecutive frothing, rinse the jug with water after each cup to ensure there's no milk residue before frothing the next one.4. After frothing 5 cups consecutively, allow a 10-minute cooldown to prevent milk burning.
Milk foam overflows from the appliance
1. For thick foam mode, ensure milk volume does not exceed the MAX FOAM marking of 4oz/120ml.2. For stirring mode, ensure the added liquid does not exceed the MAX STIR marking of 10oz/270ml.
All indicator lights flash continuously, with a 0.5-second beep sound repeated 10 times, before entering standby mode
