I replaced the filter (and cleaned/descaled) and the machine will only filter this much water. Help! What can we try? This is frustrating.

The water is just absolutely crisp and clean tasting, we really can tell a difference and the filters lasted longer than we expected. Very happy with our purchased! Customer service was also great when we had a question on resetting the filters after replacing them. I would recommended this 511 to anyone who is looking for healthy and great tasting water.

Great product.

Prompt, Fair price, great product
These are extremely good quality filters, easy installation however the RO unit sent was defective and have to return. Dreo products are well made however I am very disappointed with the countertop RO model.

Will definitely buy again when it’s time to replace!
