1. Make sure that the cord is connected to a powered outlet and that the mains voltage corresponds with the voltage indicated on the humidifier.
2. The base may get wet during the cleaning process. When the sensor is dry, it can be used normally again. Test it after 24 hours.
3. Arrange a replacement.

1. Empty the base and refill the water tank.
2. Ensure the float was properly snapped into place.
3. Make sure the humidifier is on a flat surface.
4. Clean the base dirt and ensure that the surface of the atomizer is not covered with limescale.
5. Arrange a replacement.

1. Remove the packing foam from the base.
2. Ensure that the float is facing up and aligns the prongs with the brackets. Press until you hear the 'click'.
3. Ensure that the water valve is installed properly.
4. Individually inspect the water tank and base to see if there are any visible cracks.

1. If the water tank is out of water, please fill it up and wait for 10 seconds to allow water to flow into the base and initiate operation.

1. Please check if the water tank has been dropped during previous use.
2. Please check if the essential oils have been added directly to the water tank. Because essential oils are corrosive, this may cause the tank to rupture.

1. Relative humidity is temperature-dependent. The same amount of humidification at a higher room temperature results in lower relative humidity.
2. Excessive ventilation, such as opening doors or windows, allows external air to impact ambient humidity.
3. Check if the humidifier's humidity detection is facing an air conditioner vent, potentially causing higher temperatures near the humidifier.
4. Place the humidifier on an unobstructed tabletop or floor and avoid direct positioning toward the air conditioner or heater vents.

1. In areas with hard water containing elevated levels of calcium and magnesium ions, water spray may transport these minerals, leading to deposition.
2. Please descale the humidifier regularly.
3. Using purified or distilled water can help prevent the formation of scale.

E1 indicates the temperature and humidity sensor abnormality.
1. Short circuits, loose internal wires, and water in the base of the product may cause E1 problems.
2. Pour out all the water from the humidifier and let it dry for 48 hours, then test it again.

1. Use purified or distilled water only. It is not recommended to use tap water.
2. Change water regularly to avoid dirty water accumulation.
3. Clean the humidifier and keep it down for 12 hours with the cover detached.
4. Clean the aroma pad tray and change the aroma pad.

1. Set the mist level to a lower setting.
2. The humidifier uses up water based on the environmental temperature and humidity. If your environment is cold and/or dry, the humidifier will run out of water faster.

1. Ask the customer to provide a video clip for abnormal noise confirmation.
2. The humidifier may malfunction. Please send a short video.

Humidity may be too high. Please try to turn down the mist level and turn off the humidifier, or open a door or window to the room.

1. Make sure you’ve added 10 or 15 drops of oil into the base chamber.
2. For best results, please use pure essential oil.
3. Replace your aromatherapy pad regularly.
