This Policy applies to collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Data (defined below) that we collect and use when you visit and use the website at https://www.dreo.com/ (the “Site”), Dreo App, our products, and related online experiences where you may interact with us (collectively, the “Services”). This Policy is to inform you about our privacy practices and your privacy rights.

Consumer” is as defined under the CCPA, and for the purposes of this Policy, shall mean ‘you.’ 
 
Device” means a device that you use to access and use the Services.
 
Personal Data” means information that directly relates to or identifies a natural person. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes “personal information” as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), and other U.S. state privacy laws or regulations that are applicable to DREO.

Information Collected from Our Products
 
While using our products with smart technology, in order to provide features of our products, your device data is collected. Device data may include information such as your device identifier (e.g., device name, model, and serial number), your device’s IP address, device running status (e.g., mission information and accessory lifetime), setting parameters, the surrounding environment information of the device (e.g., room temperature, air quality, and humidity), and device control and Usage Data.
 
We use this information to collect and analyze statistics and Usage Data, diagnose and fix technology problems, enhance device performance, and improve user experience. The information may be uploaded to our servers and/or a service provider’s server, or it may be stored on your device.
 
Our products do not transmit this information unless you register your device online and connect to Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or connect to the internet via another method. It is possible to use our smart technology products without Wi-Fi or Bluetooth data transmission by disconnecting your Wi-Fi or Bluetooth from the device or by never connecting it at all.
 
Chats
 
Chats with DREO may be saved, stored and used by DREO for customer support, quality assurance and as described in our Privacy Policy. Where DREO makes chat features available, we utilize vendors, such as Zendesk. Our vendors that support chat features only use chat communications to support and improve DREO’s chat experience and our services. If you do not agree to this, do not use the chat feature. 
 
Tracking Technologies and Cookies
 
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Services and store certain information. Tracking technologies used are beacons, tags, and scripts to collect and track information and to improve and analyze our Services. The technologies We use may include:

Certain sections of our Services and our emails may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that permit DREO, for example, to count users who have visited those pages or opened an email and for other related website statistics (for example, recording the popularity of a certain section and verifying system and server integrity).

We may disclose Personal Data for the following purposes:
 
- To provide and maintain our Services, including monitoring the usage of our Services.

Facebook Insights
 
Facebook uses your information to compile analysis and statistics about the use of the Fan Page for DREO (“Facebook Insights”). We use the Facebook Insights function in connection with the operation of the Fan Page in order to obtain anonymized statistical data about our users. For this purpose, Facebook places a Cookie on the device of the user visiting our Fan Page. Each Cookie contains a unique identifier code and remains active for two years, except when it is deleted before the end of this period.
