Smart Air Circulator PolyFan 513S

I‘ve had the 513s for a good week now and have beem playing around with the app mostly, because it has a huge range of controls for the fan.
I love that you can save different positions and angles of the fan as favourites and even give names to the positions, but there is some room for improvement on this very topic. I would love it, if you could combine a certain fan movement and maybe even fan speed or program to you favourites, that would bring controlling the fan to the next level indeed!
Sometimes it does not recognise the angles you set in „asymetric“ mode if you activate them, so you habe to deactivate and activate again, but then it works just fine.
It remembers the swing angles you had activated last when you activate the function again and that is very useful in most cases, but if I switch to a different preset angle (the facourites I wrote about above), I would need different swing angles most likely, making the function I would love being implemented even more useful in day to day use!
I would also love to configure the „sleep mode“ a bit more. There is already a function that automatically reduces fan speeds over time, except for the speeds 1 to 3 (out of 8), but I would love to freely configure that as well.

Overall great fan, best looking on the market imho, beats my Dyson in every aspect (except for air purifying of course) and is my favourite applience in the hot days of summer, during the days, as well as in the nights due to its very quiet behaviour on the lower speeds.

Purchased a brand new fan off ebay and successfully registered it for the warranty. Everything works except connecting fan to the internet. I have called to explain everything and the woman that answered is not being much help. She said warranty will not cover unless it bought from stores they provide to. I explained that if it was registered the warranty is valid. Also reads in the policy that it has to be successfully registered to receive the warranty which I did. Not so sure about their customer service as of yet..

This fan is very nice, good design and workmanship also is very quite everyone like this product when is circulating the air in the room . Price is exceptional for this kind of good quality product, I recommended this product. Customer service personnel was very helpful 5 stars for.
Only one problem was with UPS was very slow on delivery, took 4 days to pick up the item from the company. Needs
improvement for scheduling and delivery.

I bought this last year since i did not have any ceiling fans and it definitely helped out a lot in the warmer weather. Once i found out they had ceiling fans, I bought 2 and plan to buy more for every room. highly recommend.
