Why can't the air circulator be turned on/off?

1. Ensure that the cord is connected to a powered outlet, and the mains voltage corresponds to the voltage indicated on the air circulator.
2. Check if the power adapter is securely inserted into the power outlet and the air circulator.
3. Press the power button on the control panel or via remote to turn on/off the air circulator.
4. If the smart socket is used, make sure the mechanical switch is at 1/2/3 level. Otherwise, the smart switch works, but the machine will not start immediately.

Why is there no air coming out?

1. Replug the power adapter.
2. Check the air inlet/outlet and see if there are any obstacles or abnormal deformations.

Why is the air circulator shaky and wobbling?

1. Check if the surface is flat.
2. Check if the base of the fan is normal, as foreign objects may affect stability.

Why is the air circulator not powerful?

1. Switch the fan speed to a higher one.
2. Clean the inlet grills and test the air circulator again.

Why is the air circulator not quiet?

1. Ensure correct installation or relocate the fan.
2. Please try to turn down the levels.

Why can't the front net be removed?

Very Pleased

I’m very happy with my new fan. On the high setting it really moves the air and it’s pretty quiet on that setting. On the Medium and Low settings you can hardly hear it yet it’s still creating a nice flow of air. I also like the fact that thought was put into easy removal of the blades and grill for clean. I would definitely purchase this fan again.

Fully Satisfied for First Two Months

I like the styling of the fan, which I believe is not superficial but rather attention to detail. Notice the knob is on the front. The fan is not exactly silent, but it has a very smooth sound. Sometimes, depending on my mood, I have the fan on high and it does not bother me. It's a decent noise machine if you have good hearing.

I used the CF312 to make a Corsi-Rosenthal Box. The articulation was critical for making it fit into a lid and have the control knob protruding above the lid. The hole in the base and the knob in front made it work for me.

If I had it to do over, I would have just mounted a single thick furnace filter (MERV-13) on the back of a box fan, as I later saw on YouTube. This way was more work, but it functions as intended, and I have no complaints. Maybe air blown upward is better than sideways. I will stay pleased if it keeps working this well for a decently long time. For the money, it seems like a deal.

I wish they would have provided airflow statistics for comparison purposes with other fans and with the size of the room in which I used it to filter air. Seems like a good volume.
