It is recommended that the heater be cleaned at least one time during the operating season and before off-season storage in order to provide the optimum level of performance.
Always disconnect the appliance from the mains by switching it off and removing the plug from the power outlet before cleaning.
1. Turn the heater "OFF", unplug it, and wait for the heater to cool down.
2. Use only a soft cloth to gently wipe the outer surfaces of the heater clean.
3. Do not use any cleaning agents or detergents.
4. Never immerse the heater in water and never allow water to drip into the motor housing. Be sure not to wet the heating element and the switches. 5. Do not allow water to run into the interior of the heater as this could result in a fire or electric shock hazard. 6. For storage, you may leave the heater covered to protect it from dust. Store it in a cool, dry location and arrange the cable away from traffic areas so that it will not be tripped over or damaged.

1. Ensure that the voltage and frequency are the same as recquired in the user manual.
2. Check whether the LED light on the panel is on when pluggedin.
3. Ensure that your heater is placed on a flat and even surface.
4. Ensure that the temperature is set to be higher than the aimbient temperature.

1. In ECO mode, touch + to adjust the set temperature.
2. In Power Heat mode, touch + to adjust the heating level.
3. Ensure keeping the doors and windows closed.

The higher the gear setting of the space heater, the louder the noise will be. We recommend turning down the unit speed to see if the noise will be reduced. Please record a brief video of the issue and send it to support for confirmation.

2. Test with remote control.
3. Take a short video of this issue and contact the customer support team.

1. Test by controlling the space heater via the control panel.
2. Replace the battery in the remote as instructed in the User Manual. Note: Danger of explosion if the battery is incorrectly replaced. Replace only with the same or equivalent type.

1. Turn off and unplug the unit. Allow it to cool and plug into the electrical outlet again.
2. Place it on a flat, level, and stable surface.
3. In ECO mode, the heater will turn off automatically when the set temperature has been reached. This is normal. If your heater turns off frequently, please raise the set temperature, or switch to Power Heat mode.
4. When the 24-Hour Auto Off feature is ON, the heater will shut off automatically after continuously running for 24 hours. Please turn this feature off.

The heater will turn off automatically after 24 hours of working to save energy and for safety concerns. This function can be active or disabled.
- To Turn this feather OFF/ON, long press the time button for 3 seconds when the heater is on standby; the display will show 0F and 00 respectively.

1. Make sure the Oscillation Function has been activated.
2. Change the air blowing angle from 120°/90°/60°/30° Oscillation via remote or control panel. The LED Display indicates the angle of the fan angle accordingly.

This heater is hot when in use. To avoid burns, do not let bare skin touch hot surfaces. Keep combustible materials, such as furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes, etc. And curtains are at least 3 feet (0.9m) from the front of the heater and keep them away from the sides.

For brand-new machines, there will be a slight odor. It is recommended that customers use it with ventilation for the first few uses to dissipate the odor.

1. The power exceeds the home circuit load. Please unplug other high-power appliances and try again.
