Cleaning and Maintenance

It is recommended that the heater be cleaned at least one time during the operating season and before off-season storage in order to provide the optimum level of performance
Always disconnect the appliance from the mains by switching it off and removing the plug from the power outlet before cleaning
•Turn the heater "OFF", unplug it and wait for the heater to cool down
•Use only a soft cloth to gently wipe the outer surfaces of the heater clean
•Do not use any cleaning agents or detergents
•Never immerse the heater in water and never allow water to drip into the motor housing. Be sure not to wet the Heating Element and the switches
•Do not allow water to run into the interior of the heater as this could result in a fire or electric shock hazard
•For storage, you may leave the heater covered to protect it from dust. Store it in a cool, dry location and arrange the cable away from traffic areas so that it will not be tripped over or damaged

Why is my heater not turning on?

1. Ensure that the voltage and frequency is the same as required in the user manual
2. Check if the power button on the control panel is abnormal by turning it on/off via the remote control
3. Check whether the LED light on the panel is on when plugged in

Why does the heater heat up so slowly?

1. This heater uses convection, which may take longer, but allows it to deliver heat uniformly without making air too dry. You can use the timer function to heat your room beforehand.
2. In ECO mode, touch + to adjust the set temperature.
3. In Power Heat mode, touch + to adjust the heating level.
4. Ensure keeping the doors and windows closed.

Why is my heater not warm enough?

1. Switch the unit to Power Heat mode
2. Switch to H3 mode
3. Check if ambient temperature or room temperature is too low. Test the unit in a different room.

Why does my heater shut off randomly?

1. Check if it is due to the timer being on
2. When the set temperature is reached in ECO mode, the heater will stop working, and come back on when ambient temperature is lower than the set temperature
3. If your heater turns off frequently, please raise the set temperature or switch to Power Heat mode
4. When the ambient temperature is above 50°C / 122°F, the heater will stop heating and the overheat alarm will be triggered with malfunction code "FF" on LED display and beeps. Please unplug it from the power source and power it on again when the ambient temperature drops below 50°C / 122°F

Why is the appliance so hot?

For a Radiator Heater, the surface of the heater may reach 80°C maximum. To avoid burns, do not let bare skin touch hot surfaces. Keep combustible materials, such as furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes, etc. And curtains are at least 3 feet (0.9m) from the front of the heater and keep them away from the sides

There is odor coming out of the heater, what can I do?

For brand new machines, there will be a slight odor. It is recommended that customers use it with ventilation for the first few uses to dissipate the odor

What can I do if the heater is tripping during use?

1. The power exceeds the home circuit load. Please unplug other high power appliances and try again
2. If it is tripping due to product short circuit, replacement should be arranged

What does E1 code mean?

Very sleek and works well

This heater looks good, I love the touchscreen and light feature to show the level of warmth in the room.There are many adjustable features, heat level, temp settings, timer, etc.It heats well, but slowly as it doesn't have a fan. That's just this style of heater though. If you keep it plugged in, once it reaches the temperature you want, keep it there to maintain that level and it will keep your room comfortable and pretty evenly warm.

Radiator Heater

I got this for chilly nights in my camper. I gave it a little test run in the house before Camper Season starts in April. It takes the chill out of the air really well in a 2,000 sqft. house. It does amazing in a larger bedroom (about 220 sqft.) It's easy to control. It doesn't get too hot to the touch.

solid heater!

i live in Montana where it is stupid to try and keep the house a comfortable temp, so we select the most active rooms at that time and just shift a heater to them. this being so powerful and easy to roll arouund we have just been shifting it from room to room! easy to set up, operate, and does a great job of cooling off when turned off. setting the temp to what you'd like it to be makes it so easy to set it and forget it. i am thoroughly pleased with this! for our family it is the best option/money saver!

Large Heater

This heater is pretty good. It is larger than I expected. It's on wheels, which is great as I can move it from room to room as necessary. My favorite part about the heater is that it has a remote and can be controlled from the other side of the room. It radiates heat in order to heat the room in which it is in. I don't believe it heats as fast as some of the other heaters I have (blower heaters), however, it does get hot and emit hot air into the room. Overall, I am happy with this heater and will continue to use it.

Great look and great heat output

Incredibly simple set up. Pull out the wheels and plug it in. It looks great and it has absolutely no problem heating my 450 square foot in no time. Although, I have it in my garage, this heater would fit into any room's decor. As always, be careful and follow the safety guidelines with a space heater. Stay warm!
