Why is my heater not turning on?

Why does the heater heat up so slowly?

1. Test by controlling the space heater via the control panel.
2. Replace the battery in the remote as instructed in the User Manual.
Note: Danger of explosion if the battery is incorrectly replaced. Replace only with the same or equivalent type.
Why does my heater shut off randomly?
2. When the set temperature is reached in ECO mode, the heater will stop working, and come back on when the ambient temperature is lower than the set temperature.
3. If your heater turns off frequently, please raise the set temperature or switch to Power Heat mode.
4. When the ambient temperature is above 50°C / 122°F, the heater will stop heating and the overheat alarm will be triggered with malfunction code "FF" on the LED display and beep. Please unplug it from the power source and power it on again when the ambient temperature drops below 50°C / 122°F.
Why is the appliance so hot?
There is an odor coming out of the heater, what can I do?

2. If it is tripping due to a product short circuit, replacement should be arranged.
What does the error code of FF mean?
Solution: Unplug and wait for it to cool down before plugging in again.

I have 6 different Dreo products, and I love them all. This product is so modern looking, pumps out the heat. Only downfall is that the heater doesn’t connect to the mobile app like all of their other products do. Love it so much.
Great heater. Works well, heats up fast.
Product seems to be performing as described. The radiant heat is slow but steady and the heater is maintaining the set temperature in Eco mode. The heater seems to be well made and looks much better than the competition. I really did not want an ugly chintzy radiator hanging out in the middle of the room but we are posting temps well below zero. I was worried about the smell people reported. I noticed a very faint smell for the first day, nothing after that. I am worried about the operational costs, I will know more when the bill comes. It did take a couple of weeks to arrive but I prefer to order directly from the manufacturer. Amazon would have gotten it here in a couple days 💁♂️

Looks great. Heats great. I am very pleased with my purchase. It's exactly what I had hoped for. And the fact that there is no fan blowing is the BEST feature.
