Fan Doesn't Work
•Make sure the blades spin freely.
•Turn off the power at the circuit breaker, then loosen the screws on the ceiling bracket. Rotate the ceiling fan body clockwise and hang it on the L-shaped hook on the bracket. Check all connections according to the wiring diagram.

This fan is absolutely great. SOOOO quite. I love having white noise, this fan gives only wind noise. No rattle, knocking, shaking, beeping - just swift wind. Its so easy to control from the wall remote, phone remote or Alexa (Best feature of all). I replace a recently purchased amazon fan with this one, and it by far is the best ~$130 spent. The light is also good. But best of all its so quite.

This took me awhile to get installed...it's no harder to install than any other fan. Make note that there are 2 colors of the fan legs (what do you call those things lol), so it's easier to do them all the same direction for consistent color.
I noticed that this has 4 pieces instead of 5 like the fans I'm replacing in the home currently. I am not sure if that makes a difference on the amount of air movement, but it doesn't appear to make a difference as yet (non-summer desert temps, so maybe will change when it's soo much hotter).
I am not using the app, but I probably should be! My partner is, and that's good enough for me right now.
Compared to the ones I've previously purchased at big box hardware stores, this works just as well as a hunting brand if you catch my drift.
Bottom line: I would probably purchase again.
