How to connect the heater with the APP?
1. launch Dreo and sign in or create an account by following in-app instructions. Enable Bluetooth on your mobile device and plug in your heater.
2. Hold the Fan Angle button for 5s to start WiFi connection settings. The WiFi icon will keep flashing when pairing.
3. Tap + Add Device and select Wall-mounted Heater.
4. Follow in-app instructions to complete the WiFi connection.

Why is the heater unable to connect to WiFi?
1. Please check that your WiFi is 2.4GHz and stable.
2. Set the Wi-Fi encryption method of the router to WPA2 or WPA reconnect.
3. Try to restart connection settings, and hold the Fan Angle button again for 5 seconds.

Why is there no air coming out?

Why is my heater generating so much noise?
The higher the gear setting of the space heater, the louder the noise will be. We recommend turning down the unit speed to see if the noise will be reduced. Please also try the following steps

Why does my heater shut off randomly?
1. Check if it is due to the timer being on.
2. When the set temperature is reached in ECO Mode, the heater will stop working, and come back on when the ambient temperature is lower than the set temperature.
3. When the fin is working abnormally, the appliance will stop heating to avoid risks of fire. Please unplug it and wait for it to cool down before plugging it in again.

Why is the OSC function not working?
1. Make sure the Oscillation Function has been activated.

Why is the appliance so hot?
This heater is hot when in use. To avoid burns, do not let bare skin touch hot surfaces. Keep combustible materials, such as furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes, etc. And curtains are at least 3 feet (0.9m) from the front of the heater and keep them away from the sides
There is an odor coming out of the heater, what can I do?
For brand-new machines, there will be a slight odor. It is recommended that customers use it with ventilation for the first few uses to dissipate the odor.

Why does the heater display the PP code?
1. If you purchase the heater DR-HSH009BS_FortPlug™, this model unit is equipped with Dreo's FortPlug™ restorable overheat protection to prevent fire accidents. When activated, the screen will show PP and the power indicator will start flashing.

Bought this for my small apartment. Wall mounted gas heater is either too hot or too cold (and ugly). So far the Dreo hits the Goldilocks zone I’ve been hoping for. I hardly notice it’s there (but look at it anyway because of its excellent design aesthetic!)

This heater is great. Its profile is small but the heating is big. I needed the ability to take the chill off of a really big open room with exposed brick and it does the trick, and quickly. Highly recommend.

In my home the master bedroom is always cold during the colder months. We purchased the DREO after doing some research and are completely satisfied. We can turn the DREO on with the app on our phones so when we go into our room it is nice and warm.
We are completely satisfied that we have already recommended it to our daughter for her laundry room.
The installation was pretty easy, but we did have to purchase wall anchors to replace the ones that came with the DREO since the holes we made were too big, but that was on us. This is the reason that I did not go down on the rating. We are very happy with our purchase.
